Produced with Nosiola grapes, it is an extremely rare Trentino vine particularly loved at Maso Poli; the nose reveals gentle notes of hazelnut and an almond flavour on the palate: when aged for a few years in the bottle, the wine reveals an extraordinary mineral complexity potential.
It presents a pale yellow color. The nose is pleasant with notes of flowers. The wine is mineral, fruity and fresh on the palate, with a light aftertaste of hazelnut. Loved for its elegance, it is best consumed within few years from the harvest.
Very pleasant as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with sea fish and lake fish dishes.
